Services are provided by Tpcoms Company, located at 26A, Street 4F, Tan Thuan Tay Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. By using our Services, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Responsibilities of TPCloud

  • TPCloud guarantees to provide services as committed in the “Service Level Agreement” (SLA) and strictly adheres to the “Privacy Policy” published on our official websites.
  • TPCloud is not responsible for any content or data stored by customers on TPCloud’s systems.

2. Customer Responsibilities

  • Strictly comply with the Constitution and Laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
  • Customers must maintain the security of identification information, passwords, and other confidential data.
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining and preserving their data on the server.

3. Prohibited Uses

3.1. Server and Network Violations

  • Storing documents or spreading harmful information such as viruses, worms, trojans, etc.
  • Using source code that overloads the system or consumes excessive resources beyond the service plan limits.

3.2. Content Violations

Customers are prohibited from storing or distributing information that violates the law, including:

  • Propaganda or reactionary attacks against the state.
  • Infringement of copyright or any intellectual property rights.
  • Illegal, threatening, or fraudulent data.

3.3. Security Violations

  • Unauthorized access or use of data, systems, or networks.
  • Monitoring data or traffic on any network or system without permission.

4. Payment and Refunds

4.1. Payment

Customers are responsible for full and timely payment. We will notify customers via email upon invoice issuance, past due dates, and prior to service deletion.

4.2. Refunds

TPCloud will refund costs in the event that we discontinue services for which the customer has already paid. In cases where the fault does not lie with TPCloud, fees are non-refundable.

5. Service Suspension and Permanent Deletion

5.1. Service Suspension

  • More than 10 days past the invoice date without payment.
  • Violation of the terms specified in Section 3.

5.2. Permanent Service Deletion

  • 15 days after the invoice date if payment has not been made.
  • Providing inaccurate information or signs of fraudulent activity.

6. Data Backup and Recovery

  • Virtual Private Server (VPS) packages do not include default backup services. Customers should proactively perform backups or purchase additional backup packages.
  • TPCloud only supports full data recovery; we do not perform recovery for individual files.

7. Indemnification

In the event that TPCloud is sued due to a customer’s violations, the customer shall be responsible for all costs, including damages and legal fees.

8. Changes to Terms of Use

TPCloud reserves the right to modify the content at any time to comply with Vietnamese law. All changes are effective upon publication on the website.
